The normal procedure is the next:
The buyer will complete the RMA form, once we receive it in our email email@example.com we will contact you to communicate the acceptance of the return and the delivery address. You must deliver the product to us within 14 days from the date you were notified of the acceptance of the return. (After this period, the return will not be accepted).
Defective merchandise may be returned with our prior approval. The period to claim is 15 days from the date of the order. Please, remember that the original packaging must be in perfect condition, not allowing the return and paying the customer the return
costs. Before sending any defective product, you should contact us.
Any return will be accepted for bad handling by the customer. Also, failures or breakages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, manipulation by non-company personnel are excluded from the guarantee.
Once we received the phone in our place, the technical service will contact you in 24/48h to give a resolution of the status of your product. If the case is favorable you will replace the product in 24 hours free of charge.
